______________________________HEAVEN______________________________ A Long time ago...before the dinosaurs.....allright...after the dinosaurs....there was a cave man. He pointed up, and said the cave man word for "heaven"........he pointed down, and said the cave man word for "hell". Everyone thought he was talking about a PLACE! Well, NO. He was saying: If you "pull up" with your muscles toward the sky, you'll feel HEAVENLY! . And if you allow gravity to "win" you'll feel, um, hellish!
			Accepted Wisdom_____________________________ It is generally held in the physical training world that if you are middle aged and have never stretched out or taken any kind of athletic classes, you can't ever really become flexible or master a physical art no matter how hard you try. I wish to prove that wrong.
			My sister, Rachel in her early ballet training
